Zdzislaw Beksinski - Album "Images"
Description
A unique album dedicated to the work of Zdzisław Beksiński - one of the most interesting and intriguing contemporary artists. The publication was prepared in cooperation with the Historical Museum in Sanok - the heir and patron of the Sanok Master's work. The choice of reproductions of the works was made, together with the Publisher, by the former director of the Museum - Wiesław Banach and the current director of the Museum - Jarosław Serafin. The album was released in a deluxe version: in an enlarged format and elegant layout, with a volume of over 500 pages. It contains the best painting works (paintings) of the artist, through which he expressed himself most fully. Both works known to the public and new, unpublished works from foreign private collections were shown. The reproductions are accompanied by texts by the outstanding tenor Wiesław Ochman, the artist's longtime friend, and Wiesław Banach, an excellent expert on Beksiński's output. The whole thing is presented in a unique graphic design by prof. Wladyslaw Pluta.
