Adam Wątor - Two Girls
Description
"Two Girls" is a painted study of distance — both perspectival and emotional. The artistic genius of Adam Wątor merges these two layers, extracting what’s most essential in visual arts — a continuous chain of meaning. The crouched figures are paradoxically full of dynamism. This is thanks to an extraordinary method of color application — earthy yet radiating with rare intensity.
Adam Wątor has given a new interpretation to the nude. The figure of the model depicted here breaks up into shards of colour and shape. The artist reveals the schematic nature of our gaze which ignores the chaos of colour and structure in search of the familiar symbolism of form. All that is left are the hands that confidently grasp reality. The original inkography was created in a limited edition of 50 works. Each print has an individual series number with a certificate attesting to its authenticity.
The inkograph "Two Girls" by Adam Wątor was created in a closed limited edition of 50 copies.
