"Red-Green" Collection of Jan Dobkowski
Description
JAN DOBKOWSKI'S "RED-GREEN" COLLECTION INCLUDES: CONTESTATION, Prankster, WARM PLACE

The first red-and-green painting from Jan Dobkowski's most famous series was created just after he graduated from his artistic studies and was purchased for the collection by the Guggenheim Museum in New York. A year later, the series expanded with further unified projects. The perfect shapes of female and male figures with deformed limbs are filled with eroticism and sensuality. Dobson's nearly two-metre-high productions were firmly inscribed in the avant-garde trend and thus became one of the most recognizable sensual performances of the 1960s .
Thanks to the intensity of colors and clear definition, they will work perfectly in minimalist interiors.
The most famous erotic series from now on in the DESA Modern collection.
