The black-and-white female nudes in Zdzislaw Beksinski's photographic works are a sign of his artistic genius and ability to explore the mysteries of the human psyche. This is because they show the body in an unconventional way, while displaying incredible maturity. By playing with chiaroscuro, Beksinski manages to create an intriguing atmosphere and preserve the intimacy of the portrayed. The human figure is not treated objectively by the artist, instead it becomes a fascination and an area of artistic exploration.
The contemporary print was created under the substantive and technical supervision of the Historical Museum in Sanok in a unique, limited series of 25 copies. The Historical Museum in Sanok, in accordance with the artist's will, became the sole heir to his works and the copyright to them. Each print has two stamps - one dry stamp with the name of the institution and the other wet stamp, with information about the series number and with the signature of the Director of the Historical Museum in Sanok.
