Dobkowski's series "Australian Dream" was created in the years 2005 - 2008. The artist was inspired by distant travels and transferred his experiences to canvases using a whole palette of colors. In his work, he always referred to lines and naturalism, for the first time during the plein air in Osieki (1979) performing a performative act. He is an indomitable artist, as evidenced by his works filled with vitalism. Described as the "chief hippie" of Polish art.
