Edward Dwurnik - The Perfect City
Description
Inkography "The Perfect City" by Edward Dwurnik - edition 88/100 and 96/100 in size S, edition 96/100 in size M.
"The Perfect City" by Edward Dwurnik is one of the most recognizable representations of Warsaw in the painting of the second half of the 20th century.
A lot of individual scenes are bathed in blue, characteristic for the artist, and the observation here comes from the gesture of the brush. However, Dwurnik cannot be read as a documentary story - the artist changes the proportions and spatial relations between the buildings, creating his own visual narrative. The absolutely unique story about Warsaw is complemented by the name of an outstanding architect - Oskar Hansen and a mysterious image on one of the facades of the building. Over time, many more hidden symbols can be seen there.
Inkography "The Perfect City" by Edward Dwurnik was created in a closed limited edition of 100 copies.
